The Thule 591 ProRide roof mounted cycle carrier features a stylish aluminium frame offers greater stability and a truly smart design. We offer the latest Mk2 Pro Ride version which now carries bikes up to 20 kg and has a reinforced frame holder and rubber protection for the bikes wheel rims.

The 591 Pro Ride bike rack is ideal for transporting all sizes of adult mens and ladies cycles as well as children’s bikes in complete safety. The 591 Pro Ride cycle carrier is so simple to use having a self-adjusting frame holder which allows you to load and unload a bike in an instant, with all securing adjustments done at car roof height. Just raise the frame holder, lift the bike into position on the aluminium tray, twist the tension knob and connect the quick release wheel straps and you are ready to go.

The curved shape of the aluminium tray is not only a design feature; it has a really useful purpose to make fitting as simple as possible. Simply place the front wheel on the “downhill” slope and the bike automatically rolls into position and rests against the frame holder. An added advantage of the ProRide is that it self adjusts to fit the cycle’s down tube and the rubber coating inside the jaw helps to protect the bike’s frame. 

Security is provided by two locks – one to lock the bike to the carrier and the other to lock the carrier to the roof bar. The Thule ProRide is equally suitable for transporting mountain bikes, racing cycles and children’s bikes.
